Since 2022, BASF Australia has proudly partnered with growers around the country to establish and grow Community Paddocks.
Now in its second year, the initiative has extended to two new locations and is an opportunity… is an opportunity to generate new agronomic insights, drive collaboration and knowledge sharing and raise funds for Rural communities.
Throughout the growing season, BASF Australia supplies a range of its crop protection solutions and partners with local growers to see first-hand how BASF solutions, such as Systiva® seed treatment fungicide and Voraxor® herbicide, can help them gain more control and improve their capability.
Following harvest of the Community Paddocks, all profits are donated back into Rural community groups.
For its inaugural Community Paddock site, BASF partnered with Weidemann Pastoral Co. to deliver community support for Rupanyup in north-west Victoria.
Stemming from last year’s success, this year BASF established an additional two sites; one with local grower Grant Pontifex in Paskeville, South Australia and The other supporting the Nhill Sporting Club with a number of other partners in Victoria.
